A great freshie that convinced me

Azure Royal is a fragrance that I have been lurking around for a long time. The fragrance notes, especially the pear, sounded appealing to me. Nevertheless, based on the fragrance descriptions, I always had the impression that "Azure Royal" could be too masculine for me, even though it is a unisex fragrance.
Since I was lucky enough to get a bottle, I was able to get my own impression and to say it up front... i was absolutely positively surprised, even though I'm not a fan of fresh summer fragrances.

The fragrance starts off beautifully fruity and fresh. Right from the start, the pear is very intense and clearly perceptible. It is extremely authentic, juicy, crisp and very sweet.
This is joined by a pleasant effervescence from the orange.
However, this remains discreetly in the background and plays a subordinate role, as the pear is the focus and outshines it.

Ambroxan is added later on, giving the fragrance a slightly woody and musky note.
This ingredient also provides a fresh and aquatic nuance.
Azure Royal has a light, but by no means negative shower gel touch,
which I find very refreshing and pleasant.

I would like to point out that the similarity to Erba Pura is not comprehensible to me. Although both fragrances are fruity-sweet and fresh, there are no similarities beyond that, as their fragrance profiles are very different.

"Azure Royal" is a very linear fragrance that hardly changes over time. The ripe, juicy pear is in the foreground from the opening to the drydown and characterizes the fragrance.

The longevity is relatively good for a freshie. I perceive it for around 6 to 7 hours, even a little longer on clothing.

It is a unisex fragrance with a slight masculine tendency, but can also be worn very well by a woman thanks to the sweet, ever-present pear note. My initial concern that it might be too masculine for me personally was unfounded.

I really liked Azure Royal, especially because I really like the authentic pear that has already been mentioned several times. I think it's a sweet, fresh, aquatic summer fragrance that you can't go wrong with.
Unfortunately, it's no longer so cheap, but if I get the chance to get hold of it for a good price, I'll make sure I get at least one bottle.
