A really good rose-oud fragrance, I believe it's the best I've tested so far. The opening begins with honey and distinct oud, with a hint of mossy or resinous notes. The animalic facet fades only after a long time, but it is not bothersome. It conveys a certain noble exclusivity that is not found in other rose oud perfumes. The Mukhallat Dahn Al Oudh Moattaq reminds me of a wonderful scent from my childhood, but I can't quite place what it could be. The rose comes out stronger later without smelling "old".
Update 26.06.20: I ordered the fragrance in Kuwait, and it arrived within 10 days. The perfume was well packaged and passed through customs quickly and easily. The bottle looks fantastic and high-quality; for the price, you can't go wrong with the purchase.
18.08.2024: One could also describe the scent as slightly citrusy and smelling of damp wood; it is also somewhat creamy. I will get a sample of Arabian King from Marc Gebauer to see if it surpasses the Dahn Al Oudh Moattaq. However, it is still the best Mukhallat I have tested so far, and yes, it is a bit "dirty" until the dry down.
