Dakar Al Rehab Eau de Parfum

Very helpful Review
The better Drakkar Noire?
I became aware of Dakar after searching for an alternative to Drakkar Noire.
I LOVE this scent. Unfortunately, it becomes very close to the skin very quickly and can only be detected by sniffing closely at the spray point.
With Dakar, you get an explosion of lavender, citrus, moss, and woods right from the start. Slightly sweet woody. But that quickly fades and makes way for a green herbaceous note. And the lavender always lingers.
A wonderful fougère, the Dakar.
The performance is great. A cloud of soapy barbershop follows you for several hours. Then it gets a bit weaker. But always noticeable and not really close to the skin.
A louder, more present Drakkar Noire. But in terms of DNA, they are twins.
The bottle looks a bit cheaper. The label is not straight. But at this ridiculous price, that's more than forgivable. The sprayer is fantastic. What comes out is top-notch.
Dakar is a fantastic piece. Definitely worth trying.
Oh, and the fragrance pyramid listed here seems to have been created by a true joker. Rarely have I laughed so much... Oud and sandalwood are nowhere to be found here.
Thanks for reading.
