Gold Man's little brother
Silver Man opens with a sweet cologne/neroli accord like those in Echt Kölnisch Wasser Eau de Cologne and Neroli Portofino Eau de Parfum and steadily gets more and more powdery and floral. The jasmine takes over from the orange blossom, and heliotrope and rose introduce powder, though not as heavy as the powderiness of Gold Man, still enough to make me gag a bit. Again like Gold Man, there is something interesting, animalic, resinous in the background trying to escape but the boring "safe" cologne and floral accords block it. The base is mostly musky and not too interesting. I like it more than Gold Man but not by much.
