Summer Evenings in Palamos
I tested Ishq for the first time at Breuninger Düsseldorf, just before I had to head to the airport - flight to Barcelona, then on to Palamós on the Costa Brava. The salesperson I trust there knows my taste pretty well by now and said right away: “If you’re looking for something fruity with character, try this.”
He told me about the brand, the Arabic background, and the bottle with real gold leaf, along with the cap that is meant to resemble a traditional serving platter for dates and sweets. This immediately set the expectation that something special was coming.
The first spray completely surprised me: I instantly got this impression of sugared strawberries - very natural, juicy, bright, and lightly sweet, but not artificial. Officially, raspberry is noted, but I personally perceive more strawberry. Alongside this comes saffron, which adds elegance and depth without making the fragrance heavy.

Performance is good, without “shouting.” An inviting, very pleasant scent cloud. For me, it’s strongly connected to this trip and since then, it’s a fragrance that instantly lifts my spirits.
