Liquo Angela Ciampagna 2015

I have really liked anise and licorice for a while now.
I stumbled upon Liquo quite by chance and was immediately curious about the scent.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to test it anywhere, which is a real shame.

So I kept circling around the scent in my thoughts, and eventually decided to just order it blind…

When the fragrance finally arrived, I could hardly wait to test it.

Two generous sprays on my wrist and nose close:

Wow, a very strong - and slightly salty - licorice note spreads out… a true licorice bomb, fantastic!

Surrounded by a slightly earthy-green herbaceousness, the scent seems to completely envelop me…

A fine licorice aura surrounds me…

The fragrance transforms into a delicately creamy licorice balm, very cozy and snuggly, in my opinion.

Gentle straw notes, which smell almost like chamomile, set the scent apart from others and make it truly unique for me…

For me, the fragrance feels like "coming home"… you settle in comfortably on the sofa after a fresh shower and moisturizing, enjoying the fireplace with a warm cup of lavender-chamomile tea and nibbling on anise cookies, delightful…
