Blossom White Room Fragrance
Explanation by ALzD:
Fragrance composition:
Top note: White flowers, poppy
Heart note: Caramel, marshmallow = ambrette seeds
Base note: Vanilla
An unveiling potion for those who are searching for themselves. The intoxicating scent of luscious and balsamic white flowers awakens the sensual joy of walking barefoot on a carpet of blossoms.
Recipe
Seven ounces of freshly bloomed flowers, three pounds of lovingly picked poppies, a spoonful of caramel powder, one ounce of ambrette, one pod of Polynesian vanilla, four lines of a loving poem.
Ritual
Spray the fragrance into the air and fly with plenty of imagination to a beautiful place where carpets of fragrant flowers are woven, the walls whisper poems, and where everything is full of love. You are within yourself - open the doors.
With this fragrance from Anna Paghera, one cannot proceed without research on Wikipedia:
Monoi Tiare de Tahiti is a traditional beauty product made in French Polynesia. The oil is produced by macerating the white, strongly fragrant flowers of the Tiare (Gardenia tahitensis) with coconut oil (Cocos nucifera) and is applied externally.
Nineveh, Ninua (also Niniveh, Arabic ???????, DMG N?naw?; Akkadian Ninu(w)a; Aramaic ?????, N?nw?; Hebrew ??????????, N?n?w?), was a Mesopotamian city on the Tigris in present-day Iraq. The ruins (tells) of Kuyunjik and Nebi Yunus on the left bank of the Tigris opposite the modern city of Mosul contain the remains of the city. The city was one of the centers of Assyria. According to Assyrian traditions, it was founded around 1800 BC by the goddess Ištar. However, according to excavation findings, it is centuries older.
Now that the basics are clarified, let's talk about the fragrance:
It starts with a pleasant, not overly sweet mixture of Tiare and certainly other white flowers and poppy. This is then underlaid in the heart note by a pale caramel note supported by ambrette seeds. Gradually, the caramel note intensifies, which, despite the still present flowers, appears oddly cool. After about 2 hours, the top/heart note transitions with the quite naturally smelling vanilla to a reconciliatory finish.
This is the third fragrance in my test series (after Rosso di Cipro and Giallo di Tebe) from Signora Paghera. For me, it is the only one that meets the requirements, as we are truly dealing with an intoxicating floral scent that even sparks my imagination and will surely find its lovers.
Genre: Gourmand floral scent
For: Ladies business and leisure, gentlemen only leisure (just saying)
Sillage and longevity: Strong and about 4 hours
Alternative: "Fiore di Riso" for me 80%
Note: Anna Paghera also sells room fragrances. This certainly explains the peculiar effect of the scents, which somehow seem to be designed not for connection with human skin but as room fragrances.
