My first sniff of the fragrance was not pleasant at all. It smelled strongly of gum paste. It reminds me of my childhood when I used to play with modeling clay.
The scent then developed into something a bit more pleasant, absolutely unobtrusive, fresh, and fruity. A light scent of fruity gum paste was still slightly noticeable. It smells lush and floral, voluminous, and has a very fruity sweetness.
It definitely reminds me of a midsummer day, extremely sweet and fruity.
However, the dry down of the fragrance is somewhat velvety and no longer as fresh as at the beginning. That gum paste smell had faded away.
I find it very unfortunate that this perfume had that gum paste scent lingering alongside the fruity fragrance for such a long time.
