Home Office - Fragrance
....short and sweet, for a brief time as a bridge Yes, otherwise No!
In detail:
Like almost everyone, I do a lot of home office work now, finally in nice lounge clothes so that I feel comfortable. Appropriate makeup that is camera-ready and the right glasses, of course, the background also has to be nicely adjusted.
I love my Beige from Chanel, I love my Coromandel from Chanel, I love my fragrances, but none should remind me of this time of the pandemic.
So a new fragrance is needed, I used to wear Indian Holi by Kenzo, which I unfortunately miss dearly, but it hasn't been produced for a long time.
James Bond woman 007 had to suffice at first, too weak for my taste, also tried Angel by Thierry Mugler, it was good, but not always suitable, Jardin Sur le Nil, sometimes too prickly, although I like it well,..........I haven't found the right fragrance.
I rummaged through my collection, none fit or they brought back too many memories.
I have synesthesia, which means I see numbers in colors, I store with 2 or more senses, so every fragrance brings so many memories with it, that's why it's not so easy for me with fragrances, not many people have that....
I then specifically searched for a replacement for Indian Holi and came across this fragrance, often rated very very well and I ordered it immediately, the anticipation was very high, is there a worthy replacement????
Sprayed it on...
Do I have a cold????
Definitely not Indian Holi!!!!
It somehow starts salty and dry, like Seathalasso by Douglas, and then a lot of baby cream from the Hipp baby series comes in, sweet powder, and then it stays like that, a hint of nothing or just baby cream, unspectacular.
The longevity is quite good despite everything, but for me, it’s a transparent white cream fragrance without any significant aura, what a pity.
For the home office, I will use it since it doesn’t bother me, but I will definitely not repurchase this fragrance, and it will remain in my memory as a home office scent, and I hope that it will soon be a thing of the past.
hmm, I really have to be careful, it has happened to me so often that I believe reviews and then it turns out to be so contrary for me.....Beware of blind purchases :-)
