Summery Greetings from the Land of Smiles

Sometimes you still discover them, the precious pearls in the oyster or the good scent in the overloaded shelf, where the many attractions usually cloud the senses.

"Tomo Fresh" is such a gem that you have to discover first, especially since it is only available exclusively licensed in this country. For under 50 euros, you get 100 milliliters that truly represent a fresh friend for spring and summer.

Annayaké has not yet made me dance for joy in the men's section. However, with a fine mixture where floral gourmand ingredients are subtly balanced with a hint of citrus freshness, it ultimately catches me after all. The whole thing has a clean, sporty touch; you feel like you've just had a luxury shower.

It is really not easy to find the balance when you want to harmoniously interact full-bodied gourmand notes, like an almond-vanilla tonka bean, with citrus accords. However, this succeeds brilliantly here. A certain heaviness from creamy undertones finds the perfect antagonist in the fresh, cheerful nonchalance of the citrus plants.

The whole thing is spiced up with a hint of lavender, which comes across incredibly well here. Musk in the base fixes the successful interplay. It almost feels as if a vanilla flower or heliotrope is marrying a citrus tree, and both wear a wedding ring made of lavender.

This is not only metaphorically beautiful to behold, but it also smells damn delicious and is an optimal companion for the warmer days of the year. "Tomo Fresh" has a "Le Mâle light" touch, almost a more digestible version when it gets warmer. It is by no means a copy of the blue sailor and has an independent charm that knows how to convince not just temporarily.

So far, it’s been the same for me as it has for you. The scents from this brand haven’t made me spend a dime yet. I’ll take a closer look at it, trusting your expertise.

I had the bottle last spring and I think it's much better than the rating suggests. For me, it falls somewhere between Arpège pour Homme and Rochas Man, two fragrances that are quite popular here. **Cheers to that!**

He's not chronically elusive in that sense ;-) and in this case, a lot really helps a lot :-D!

I hadn't even noticed that we have similar tastes. It might be true that you need to apply it a bit "heavier," but at 49.99 for 100 ml, that's definitely doable ;-D. Under those circumstances, it lasts longer too.

I’m always amazed at how similar our tastes are. :D I got it last summer too, but unfortunately, the longevity was a disaster, so I had to return it. Still, it’s a great scent, definitely better than 60%.
