Elegant Oolong Tea
This Oolong tea is the aroma of dry leaves that haven't been brewed yet and are sitting quietly in a ceramic container awaiting a special occasion. These tea leaves have that high grade (gao shan) scent that indicates high altitude harvesting. It's one of the best blends of Oolong in a perfume that I have ever come across and it's a scent that would match most seasons. I especially love the way it pairs with the cedar and vetiver in the base, making Oolong Ritual peaceful and relaxing, and even noble.
Unlike Wūlóng Chá Extrait de Parfum and its X version, which are both citrus-floral dominated summer freshies, this one is more mature and more authentic. The silage is amazing on these Panpuri oil perfumes; I apply it in the morning, in my office, then I step out for a few hours and when I return, I am amazed at how beautifully my workspace emanates the gorgeous scent of tea leaves. It's the crown of teas in my collection.
