Deliciously fruity and floral

I found myself really enjoying the fruity pear top notes and the dry down leaves a very pleasant scent in find versatile for everyday use, not too sweet. The longevity leaves something to be desired but with a reapplication mid day it does just fine.

I found the bottle to be a little bit silly looking at first with the bright schoolbus yellow but the raised cork label look has really grown on me and it has got THE best atomizer out of any bottle in my current collection, it's powerful and even.

This Summer I'm Wearing Yellow

This fragrance smells like the color of the bottle. It is not a sweet, sticky bright yellow, but rather a bitter and muted yellow.
The scent opens with a dominant slightly bitter lemon peel and blackcurrant and pear (which I unfortunately hardly perceive here) in the background. The white flowers make the fragrance very soft-floral and cushion the bitter citrus note. The woods and musk provide a warm, soft base that rounds everything off.
I circled this fragrance in the perfumery several times and kept sniffing it until I ultimately fell in love. For me, this is truly an elegant, light, and unobtrusive floral-citrus scent that I will happily wear often in the summer.

Unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately.... the longevity and sillage are lackluster. At least on my skin, which seems to be a perfume sucker anyway. On the test strip, the scent actually lasts quite a bit longer (about 6 to 7 hours).
Perhaps one should look for good layering combinations here.

I find the bottle, apart from the color, really unattractive, but it is well made with a magnetic cap and a stylish cork label. Given the price, you can't really complain here. It's reasonable considering that you might have to reapply more often.

The lemon zest is more like bergamot here. Reminds me of D&G Light Blue - but with a lighter, more "tea-like" twist.

Somehow I smell pineapple, even though it's not listed. Fruity-fresh, then a bit creamier later. Could last a bit longer.

Initially delicious pear/apple-fresh.
Nice, but then it leaves more of a bitter dish soap blast (like citrus peel with jasmine + synthetic) after a few minutes.
