Grand Chalet Astier de Villatte 2016

Mimosa with green scents that over time gives way to a beautiful linden. No dense and honeyed agreement to accompany this flower, it remains on shades of green with light sweet touches without them taking over. The sweetness that i feel i attribute to that of the flower, everything i feel seems to be a natural consequence of the characteristics of the flower. As i have already said, i appreciate that it has not been combined, as with other lindene creations, with sweet notes like honey. Here it is as if the linden is given a way to open up and express its characteristics without being suppressed.

After a while, a slightly powdery part comes out to close the fragrance. Overall, i find it an extremely interesting, well-made and not trivial colony. Excellent work by the brand
