The Most Wanted Azzaro 2021 Eau de Parfum Intense

The Most Wanted Intense opens with toffee and cardamom notes that immediately capture your attention. This toffee-spicy pairing grabs me at the start and does not let go. It is really fantastic! As a linear scent I get to enjoy it throughout the lifespan of the fragrance. Though sweet MWI is not too sweet. Though a vanilla scent the vanilla is not a bully. Though spicy it is not too spicy. It’s smooth! Real smooth… After the impressive introduction the experience gets better. The sweetness settles down, making it more appealing. MWI is like a friend whose company you enjoy. One who knows when to speak, when to listen and how much to say.

The Most Wanted Intense is my favorite in the line. The ginger of The Most Wanted Parfum is nice too, but I am reaching for MWI 7 out of 10 times if those are my options. The cumin in the heart of Wanted by Night ruins it for me. I prefer MWI more than the Stronger With You line of fragrances also. MWI may be my favorite designer fragrance. Hmm… I may like Guerlain’s Idéal EDP and L’Intense more. Maybe…

Many want better performance from MWI but this has not been a challenge on my skin. I get strong projection the first 2.5-3 hours and above average projection for 3 more. Longevity is 8-9 hours. I enjoy whiffs of it all day.

I will spray this without reservation in every season except summer. However, if I have a taste for it, I will reach for it confidently then too.
