Delicious Oriental
Oh, may I be the first to comment on this wonderful fragrance? I must point out, however, that I was introduced to "Sensual Amber" by the lovely Moni from the American brand Bath and Body Works.
After reading a lot about the brand and the fragrance (almost universally enthusiastic comments in other forums), I became quite eager to try it ;-), so I ordered it blind... Risky! ... But here: Bull's-eye! In my opinion, it is truly as good as it has been praised. Where should I even begin with my enthusiasm?
Sensual Amber definitely belongs to the oriental fragrance family, more specifically to the oriental-amber category. It starts with a (forest) fruity top note, plum could also fit. Then it becomes softly floral, meaning not predominant. Throughout, the fragrance is spicy, amber comes through, rounded off with vanilla, but also a wonderfully delicious praline note. The fragrance does not come across as overly sweet, nor is it intrusive, in my opinion. Some say it bears a resemblance to Flowerbomb, which I do think it has a bit, but actually more at the beginning than at the end. Sensual Amber smells richer and lets the oriental character shine through more, while Flowerbomb is more on the sugary side.
Oh yes, the longevity is excellent, even though it is "only" an EdT (it is not available as an EdP, but that is not necessary). There is of course a body spray and matching body care available as well. Unfortunately, the fragrances are not available in stores here in Germany, but there is a good address online.

I totally agree with you, the scent is a hit! What I smelled was "only" the body lotion, but it already smells so intense. Could you give me the address? I'd love to buy this for my wife. Thanks :-)
