Hidden Promises
I don't know what promises are supposed to be hidden in 'Hidden Promises.' That not all the notes in the pyramid will be detectable, or even more than one might think?
The opening is already fresh and floral. The jasmine is quite dominant. After a few minutes, I feel like I can breathe freely.
A quarter of an hour later, fruity and slightly sweet notes join the fresh and floral ones; lemon and orange can be smelled beautifully.
After about two hours, the fruity notes fade away, and the jasmine slowly retreats. Green and woody notes become more pronounced.
Unfortunately, this green-woody scent, combined with the jasmine, gives me an artificial impression for a while.
By the fourth hour, the jasmine has completely disappeared, and 'Hidden Promises' develops into a nice soft and warm woody scent without still seeming artificial. Tonka bean and vanilla are not present for me.
'HIdden Promises' is, for me, a rather feminine fragrance and can probably be worn well at any time except in the cold winter. The sillage is very good, especially in the first two hours, and the longevity is not bad at around seven hours.
