Foam instead of compact pudding
Comment No. 3 in my loose series of underrated vanilla fragrances.

The first impression: A fine, delicate hint of vanilla. More flower than pod. Sweetish rather than sweet. Not a bomb, more like a small bouquet. More foam than compact pudding.
It could come across nicely like a white unicorn in the morning dew. But it doesn’t. Because after a short time, the fragrance unfolds a caramel note.
This is not children's caramel, but that slightly bitter variant found in crème brûlée. This gives the fragrance a second dimension. Bittersweet.
But even this black, slightly burnt note is not intrusive, but light like the rest.
Yes, a cheap vanilla scent. But it is not cheap, rather well thought out. A great little breeze for everyday life.

Caramel Candies
I popped a whole handful of very sweet caramel candies with (milk) coffee and vanilla flavor into my mouth... As I suck on them and chew, and they diminish in my mouth, the flavor becomes less intense and the sweetness decreases. Other aromas that are supposedly present completely fade away.

Greetings and thanks to Sonjoschka for the testing opportunity.

Black Coffee, with Vanilla Cigarillo and Bouquet of Flowers
Black as the night, a slightly bitter, smoky, deep vanilla.

This perfume is not at all the typical sweet vanilla scent that one knows. It is much less sweet and more austere than all the Vanilla Noir perfumes I know. It still has sweetness, but it is subtler, deeper, and at the same time finer. I can smell malt more strongly here, specifically the block malt candies, which are also deep black.
Imagine having a Bavarian block malt candy in your mouth while drinking black coffee. Next to you on the table is a white-purple bouquet with tuberose and heliotrope. The aromas drift lightly over. At the neighboring table, a child is eating a small portion of coconut ice cream.
On the other side, a man dressed in black sits in a leather club chair, smoking flavored vanilla tobacco in his pipe. Or those cigarillos with vanilla aroma. No, the smoke does not drift in our direction; it can only be sensed.
A fine scent with a recognizable character. There is a body care line to go with it, which I have not tried. According to BV, it is the most popular scent. Okay, probably in Italy. Here, such a scent would have a hard time in the perfumery. It would likely be found more in the niche selection.

The sillage is normal to strong, as with all BV scents. The longevity is around six to eight hours. The scent becomes a bit more pleasing later on. I find it a bit too pronounced and austere, which is why I give it only 70%. I would associate it with the evening. But I would also wear it on mild summer evenings.

Warm, rich, gourmand and spicy, but not longlasting and a little expensive in comparison to the quality and the (one) small size

Another one of my blind buys: At first quite sweet, but then it becomes warm-spicy-gourmand. Such a lovely scent for adults.

It has something. Nose magnet. Subtly fruity smoky vanilla cream, subtle & sexy. I find the scent very grown-up and less girly.
