Wallflower
I dedicate my first commentary to Curious - one of my favourite fragrances. I'm not sure if it was my first fragrance anymore, but one of my first ones definitely.
Curious I would describe as clear, flowery and bright. It's a subtle scent, some might say nice. But nice is the little sister of... who else did that come from?
Curious is quiet, gentle and reserved. A wallflower, which may be easily overlooked.
The fragrance is not an olfactory challenge, it is not a sexy water, not exciting.
It leaves a harmonizing, cultivated and comforting impression with me. Nevertheless Curious is not boring, I don't know exactly what it is, but this fragrance has something totally special about it. At the beginning it is slightly fresh, I smell the magnolia well, then it develops quickly a flowery sweetness and ends a little powdery.
Unfortunately I don't notice Curious on me for very long, when I spray it on I get compliments from the environment, otherwise it is rather a skin-near smell.
On clothes it holds however clearly better, after some days I still perceive a breath of the smell.
Curious is my fragrance when I don't know exactly what fits my mood today or when I simply need cheering up: Curious always works. With this perfume I always feel just right, natural and well-groomed. Some days I want to be noticed, want to hear compliments about how good I smell. With Curious I feel like in a cloud where I don't need it all, I'm just for myself.
There are people who don't talk unnecessarily much, observe more and hold back. In their presence one feels comfortable as if one could simply be oneself, there is no embarrassing silence, no inner pressure to start an interesting conversation. The togetherness just feels casual. Somehow the curious is for me.
