To be honest, I didn't expect much from
Cuba Blue Eau de Toilette from the reviews on Parfumo, but olfactorily I wasn't that disappointed. To me, it smells like a more synthetic version of
CK One Eau de Toilette. The performance is not particularly strong. The longevity on my skin is 5 to 6 hours with a fairly moderate sillage.
The top note starts aquatic, synthetic, fresh and slightly citrusy thanks to aromas of shower gel, bergamot, grapefruit and lemon peel. The heart note then takes a floral direction with a slightly sweet undertone. Here I recognize jasmine blossoms, tuberose, lily of the valley but also a spicy tea note. The base is a little indefinable for me, as the fragrance then runs out of power.
As the bottle of
Cuba Blue Eau de Toilette is very inexpensive, I will probably use it up bit by bit in everyday life.
