Flowerhead from Byredo is what a rainbow smells like, or rather the dizzying polychromatic shimmer from the faceted crystalline prism that hangs in front of your window when it bends the light of a morning sunbeam. It’s an incandescent, kaleidoscopic, hallucinatory jasmine-tuberose-lemon explosion that is not particularly complex and is certainly not subtle. It’s a heady, obnoxious white floral fizzing citrus, and, perversely...I think I adore it.
