I thought the same, but then the scent just took me on a journey. That's exactly what I love about our hobby, that you never (or rarely) know where the journey will lead. I know, it's a cliché, but things really were better back in the day 😉

BUT as soon as it was on my skin, all skepticism vanished. I was enveloped in a dreamy floral blend, warm, soft, captivating, and rich, yet not overwhelming. Even the clove didn’t bother me here, and I barely noticed the neroli. Opoponax contributed its best resinous-dry qualities, and amber is always a good choice. In short, if this fragrance were an airplane, I would only want to fly long-haul. For me, it’s a timeless fragrance treasure.
