I’m sure this is called Calm Bliss because of all the notes associated with calming and mood boosting properties. Lavender, bergamot frankincense, palo santo, the ocean. This was a calming aquatic floral. Neroli is always great and I really did detect its light orange zesty qualities here, along with its sweeter sister, orange blossom. This is just a nice aquatic white floral meant to soothe you into a happier state. It reminds me a little bit of Salt Air Eau de Parfum which has some of its floral and aquatic aspects. I read Very Sexy Sea Eau de Parfum has very similar notes as well.
