Inexpressibly beautiful
Thanks to the fantastic review by @Marieposa, I stumbled upon this fragrance. She also left me a small sample of this treasure, for which I am endlessly grateful.
Because Frosted Moon is inexpressibly beautiful. It has a radiance that @Marieposa and @Augusto perfectly describe in their reviews. I too feel transported to a forest or rural Ireland, where the scent originates. Perhaps also to the coast. The fragrance radiates a coolness that is by no means unpleasant, but rather reminiscent of a cool autumn morning by the sea. A strong, yet not too cold wind blows. I feel a light drizzle on my face. Dense fog envelops the landscape and the sea in a gray veil. Somewhere, seagulls pass by, calling loudly.
I admit, I can't pick out all the notes here. However, that is not necessary to love "Frosted Moon / Lune de Givre | Cloon Keen Atelier." For me, a very cool and slightly herbaceous-bitter iris dominates, shaping the fragrance. Otherwise, it is probably the overall composition that gives it its character.
Sillage and longevity seem to be not very strong. That is the only downside of this otherwise fantastic fragrance.
Update from 15.3.2022: I have always had the feeling that the fragrance reminds me of the atmosphere in a song. Now I also know which one. "Sternblumennacht" by Nenia C'Allahdan.
It was midnight in the fairy forest
The light of the moon pale and cold
Rustling wind in ancient trees
And fog light full of lost dreams
There I saw them blooming by the wayside
Star flowers, bright as a glowing band

I'm really curious now. Angelika always interests me anyway.

I really like angelica root combined with iris. It's a shame it's no longer available. I bet I would have loved it!

Such a lovely scent, and your enthusiasm comes across as very genuine! It can't be praised enough.

Film people in Ireland open a candle shop, bring in a Thierry, and out comes this unique scent, amazing!

Great description! Even for me as an "iris skeptic," this sounds really interesting. It's a shame it's been discontinued.

Great review, really makes me curious! It's a shame it says the fragrance has been discontinued... maybe it's even better not to know how it smells...
