I really like this perfume, which is a pleasant surprise. I have been leaning more pink lately, and I would say this is a pink fragrance, but it is not cloying in the way that other people are describing. I also have issues with Amber and I find that fragrances with that as the base tend to disappear on my skin, but this one doesn’t disappear.
It settles into a nice relaxed feminine scent. Before it settles down, it is still really pretty. I can’t necessarily distinguish the strawberry from the rhubarb and I definitely don’t smell the raspberry very much but I think that’s the beauty of this being a juice forward fragrance. It’s as if the essences were soaked out of these fruits, diluted, and then that is what made the perfume.
I do have a theory that rhubarb works better with Black people— just based on various observations, I really think there is something with the chemistry there. I was looking for a rhubarb fragrance after realizing this and so many other ones are muddied with notes that just do not work for me, but this one is so clean and it reminded me of this theory that I had and I feel like this could be the rhubarb perfume that I was looking for. That being said, I don’t get any sour notes at all. I also don’t necessarily get a green base. Once this settles down, I would say it’s closer to Delina— it could be a blend of all the flankers—but without the cloying notes and and like loud loud sillage.
