If you like pina coladas...

My first coconut scent! I got it through a swap game and what can I say:
yummy! Like it!

The first spray catapults me back to Italy, more specifically to the island of Albarella in the Veneto region. We were there years ago when the kids were still small, cars had to be parked in a big parking lot at the front, because there was a car ban on the island!
And we loved it, my kids could play on the street, I never had to worry about traffic.
We had a small holiday home near the beach, we either stayed there or explored the island with rented bicycles, took trips to Venice, etc. During this vacation, I had a coconut shower gel with me, I think it was from Yves Rocher. Showering with it after the beach was just wonderful.
And that’s exactly how the scent smells to me. When sprayed, it reminds me of Pina Colada! A bit alcoholic, but that doesn’t last long, then the scent becomes softer, creamier and... well, it just smells like coconut.
But as delicious as liquid Bounty, I could bite into it. The scent doesn’t smell synthetic on my skin at all, it just stays delicious. Summery! Oh, I’m looking forward to wearing it when it gets warmer (or just at home because it feels so sensual to me... )
What I did notice: if you smell it directly on the skin, there’s a slightly sharp note. If you keep your nose 2-3 cm above, then wowwww!

The best part is that it’s one of the few scents that remains distinctly noticeable even after spraying from about 30 cm away! Few can achieve that on my skin, and I’m sitting here writing on my laptop and can easily perceive the scent.
After 2 hours, I have to get a bit closer, then it becomes skin-close, it needs (skin) warmth to really unfold, then it simply becomes a coconut dream! *_*
I can perceive it strongly at first for 6-8 hours, then it becomes skin-close, which rarely happens with any scents! And on clothing: it lasts and lasts and lasts...

After showering, we went a few houses down to a small Italian bar that mixed some of the best Pina Coladas I’ve ever had!
From the inside and outside, I was a walking coconut elf and yes, it was so wonderful. The mild evenings, pizza and bar, life is beautiful!
I’m currently reminiscing.

If you like pina coladas - then test it, wait and enjoy!

I’m getting a bit of wanderlust.... :(
