At a Loss

Madame Excentrique was passed on to me by my neighbor friend. Her friend did not consider that C. cannot tolerate many things. Not even perfume products. The giver lives above the Rossmann and shopped there. Only at Rossmann is the brand Couture de Fleurs available, but it is not listed on the website. My husband and I initially thought the shape of the bottle resembled a dupe of Jean Paul Gaultier Classique, and then while researching, we found out that it is a different brand and not a dupe. I find the bottle's design with its green-golden peacock dress more beautiful than the other two fragrances from Couture de Fleurs. These are also my warm colors that I can wear well. I find the shape tactilely pleasant, and overall, the bottle is a nice decorative object. I don't find the content so nice. Somehow, I don't have much to say because I am at a loss. The start is light, green, and fruity. Nothing floral, just one-dimensional green-fruity. While searching for the fragrance notes, I could only find absolutely nothing on the company page of 2 Pilots, various online shops,... Only in a picture of Madame Excentrique on the Instagram page of 2 Pilots did I find pear and black currant. Nothing else.
What I smell is not the pear that I have perceived and liked in many other fragrances. Here it is well mixed with the sour black currant and is neither harmonious nor pleasant. There is no further development. Not for me. It remains only green-fruity and sour. The longevity is low. After about 1 or 2 hours, Madame Excentrique has dissipated. I do not get headaches, nausea, or anything negative. A light fragrance that does not make much of an impression and does not last long. Hence my rating.

I have it on now, and at first, there's a strong lemon scent that I really like, but unfortunately, the base isn't nice later on, so I probably won't finish it... What a shame, it started off so well.

I usually can't with pear and Joha, and sour or just fruity isn't really my thing anyway. But it's nice that there's a comment about it now! :)

I think it's very brave of you to provide the first description of this scent despite feeling uncertain. I don't necessarily need to test it now. I trust your judgment.
