Neroli vibes
Very gentle vetiver with plenty of freshness from lovely, bright bergamot and some sweeter citruses, with a distinct neroli-like white floral vibe. And frankly, I smell neroli here until the very end. About 2 hours in, some more vetiver starts to show up; just enough to make sure "Original Vetiver" isn't entirely false advertising. But regardless of the amount of vetiver this may or may not contain, I really like it.
I love neroli, and even if there's none in this fragrance (and there might well not be; it's not one of the listed notes, anyhow), neroli's what I'm parsing it as. It also blends really nicely with the vetiver. The entire thing feels very bright, refined, and approachable. A rather happy scent. The only thing that I don't love is that something citrusy from the opening — the mandarin orange, I suspect — lingers until the very end, and makes the vetiver feel just a little bit soapy and fruity.
