eau duelle's golden, citrus-vanilla cousin
I would 100% stop to ask someone what perfume they're wearing if they wore this around me! Similar to Eau Duelle EdT/EdP where it's a non-sweet, spicy vanilla (though arguably less green and spicy than Eau Duelle) - the best visual reference I can give is golden cashmere. At the initial spray, it's slightly sweet and has decent sillage. The citrus comes through pretty strongly, but once it dries down, the tonka bean rounds out the scent, and the vanilla becomes more prominent! it's reminiscent of a creamy vanilla bean soft-serve / homemade vanilla whipped cream. Again, it's not a sweet, pantry vanilla.
Also a great layering scent. It layers well with other scent profiles or can be worn on its own. The price is high for a layering perfume, but if you're looking for a unique vanilla that's not an intense/sweet gourmand, and if you also enjoy wood/citrus notes, this is a good option to try out!
