The execution is successful - it is Tiramisu. Unmistakably, one can smell Amaretto and brandy, cream, and a bit of cocoa. The alcohol notes dissipate quite quickly, leaving behind a bitter chocolate scent. Not bad at all and not as terrible as I had imagined.
