Not a bit of chai spice here.
I have no idea what other people are smelling, but to me, this is a tea/ambroxan/woody/kinda citrus-y scent with a good blast of black pepper. It's what I call "high-pitched", meaning it's not a heavy scent and it's quite acidic.
As it dries down, more of the tea/osmanthus comes forward, lending a little bit of richness, but not in the leathery/apricot way that osmanthus does. This is brewed osmanthus tea. The chai is still absent at this point too.
For me, it's a more wearable Another 13. They are in the same family IMO with Blackout being a softer, less aggressive version. It's an easy reach when you don't know what to wear, or if you're going to the gym or somewhere you want to smell nice but not noticeable.
You can get a full size bottle for $30-40 which is pretty good. I've got a 10ml from 2016, and I'll replace it if I ever go through it.
Apparently this scent goes bad quickly, and what I might be experiencing is an off scent. I'll get a fresh one and update.
