Dior's "Homme Intense" is for me much more than just a fragrance - it is a relaxed and nostalgic journey through time. I am now over 50 and have tried quite a bit over the years, a lot of junk among it, but this fragrance is something special. In the top note, it starts with a dreamy lavender, in the heart note a soft but penetrating iris scent takes over, and finally, Virginia cedar (who doesn't know it) and a bit of vetiver take command. That's roughly how a fine suit feels - elegant, timeless, and masculine! At least I believe so, since I don't own a suit! ;-D I find the long-lasting performance absolutely brilliant. A few spritzes in the morning are enough, and I feel fresh and well-protected all day long. This fragrance gives me a familiar feeling, combined with a stylish sophistication, whether in the office or at dinner. This is a must-have for any man who wants something special!
