I must admit that I have only sniffed the old Miss Dior Cherie once and therefore don't remember exactly how it smelled, but that doesn't matter because I really like this version a lot.
At first, Miss Dior smells fruity, zesty, and then transitions into floral. It is not too rosy or jasmine-heavy, but beautifully balanced... it is romantic, sweet, and elegant. The base note is warm, sensual, and wonderfully feminine. I think you can wear it in any season.
