The "Dior Homme Parfum | Dior" does everything right that the Dior Homme Intense (2011) does right, and even a little more.
A bit of leather added and the lipstick note dialed down a notch. This creates an even greater masterpiece than the Dior Homme Intense (2011) already was.
The "Dior Homme Parfum | Dior" simply smells fantastic. The iris provides a wonderfully slightly fresh opening enveloped in leather, which becomes the real star of the show as the fragrance unfolds. Along the way, a perfectly dosed hint of sandalwood comes in, rounding off the scent perfectly.
It is not as sweet as the "Dior Homme Intense (2011) | Dior," which makes it feel a bit more mature and grown-up.
The longevity is brutal; even with newer batches, the fragrance lasts forever. The sillage is also very strong and brings a lot of compliments from all sorts of people.
At around €140, it is not a cheap fragrance, but for what it does and can do, it is very fair. For me, it is more to be classified as a niche fragrance.
