" Mediterranean, Spicy Fragrance" (Dr. Taffi)
I can agree with this characterization by Dr. Taffi. But what is gallbladder resin? The fragrance notes listed above are taken from the Dr. Taffi product catalog (PDF).
No citrus fragrance notes are mentioned above, but I clearly perceive corresponding fragrance notes (it would be surprising if the Italians hadn't smuggled in bergamot somewhere). To me, the scent starts lemony-fresh and slightly bitter. From the very beginning, I also notice a spicy, woody note. The citrus note remains throughout the entire scent journey but takes a bit of a backseat. The bitter note recedes, and the fragrance becomes slightly sweet as it develops. Later, I also notice a slightly smoky note. From start to finish, the fragrance feels fresh to me.
I think it's a lovely scent for spring, summer, and perhaps even autumn. Suitable for the office. I perceive the fragrance as more masculine than feminine, or rather: unisex with a masculine bias. In contrast, I find the Rilassante scent (relaxing) from the series to be feminine.
The fragrance belongs to the I Macchiaioli series by Dr. Taffi. This series includes various other products such as hand cream, foot cream, body lotion, body powder, bath salts, shaving cream, hair gel, facial toner, etc. The product catalog can be downloaded from the homepage (no, I am not a Dr. Taffi representative!).
Dr. Taffi is not certified natural cosmetics, but it seems to be close: no synthetic fragrances, no silicones, no synthetic colorants, etc. The preservatives are BDIH compliant.
Addendum:
It has now been several hours (about 5 - 6h) since I wrote my report. The scent is still perceptible on my wrist and has become increasingly delightful over time.
