Iris blue and earth ground
Sometimes very unknown fragrances come my way and this "Blue" is definitely one of the rarest representatives in the community. Also, no one has written a review of it yet, so I have to rely entirely on my own nose to convey impressions of it.
Not even knowing what I'm dealing with olfactorily before a spray of it lands on my wrist and from there into my olfactory organ is a bit of an adventure. But I really like what I smell here. Subtle blue powders tickle gently and can only come from iris. Those flowers whose roots spread the unmistakable mystical aroma.
They usually grow near water in partial shade.
This partial shade comes from the shimmering foliage of the surrounding trees. Birches and alders, which love moisture and the soil produces fresh, earthy scents. Their woody, partly inky, slightly "leathery" fragrances accompany them.
An entire landscape in pastel colors seems to emanate from the bottle. And the place where the perfume was sprayed, still the fresh wind on a bright early summer afternoon, slowly heading towards evening. The sun is already far to the west, the sky a bright, translucent, slightly "damp" blue.
"Made of Glass" is what I call fragrances like this, which also resemble mottled glass marbles ... BEAUTIFUL!!!
