I was searching for a green tea scent when I remembered this fragrance from my childhood. My mom used to wear it quite a few times and I remembered the bottle. I thought I had found what I was looking for when I bought a bottle and sprayed it on. The first few minutes are beautiful: fresh tea and no alcohol blast. Things took a turn through the middle note when a spicy aspect came through that ruined everything. After looking at the notes, I think the fennel might be the culprit. I'm also not a fan of the drydown as the spicy notes just get thicker maybe because of the celery seeds, caraway and cloves (?). I wanted a fresh, clean green tea, but I ended up with a spicy fresh scent. Not my thing.
