The shallow green veil in the blind test
On to the next blind test hiking letter, which the dear Kima has brought to life! At this point many thanks for it!
The number 5 had grabbed me. Let's see who is behind it...

The first whiff blows me like a shallow green veil with delicate yellow-orange flecks. Fine tangy and fresh - like a light summer lemonade.
I have to immediately think of my beloved Mandarino di Sicilia (Perris Monte Carlo). Only the number 5 is a little more restrained and the fruit a tad riper.
A walk in the tangerine grove - the sun is shining, the sky is cloudless blue.
Juicy bubbly citrus everywhere. Maybe even bergamots?

The green aura is slowly fading. It remains wonderfully fresh.
A touch of tea.
A hint of grapefruit?
A touch of orange blossom?
A hint of lemon?
I miss the tangerines now! The scent is rapidly fading.
Out of the tangerine grove. Stand in the sun and enjoy the warmth.

Is there a bit of vetiver resonating? Very quietly I guess again the delicate green veil, but now without delicate flecks. Then he makes himself up and away.

One for all or 'green lifts
The saying with the 'green lifts' is from my older neighbour, who thinks that green clothes are a good mood, or something like that. Fashion rules from 1958, according to the motto 'always fits, you can't do anything wrong'. And it is precisely this assessment that applies to Elisabeth Arden's 'Green Tea': it is an arbitrary, green, explosive-fresh fragrance with a good mood factor.
That's...
...but...
A smell development is as good as none available. Goes nuanceless from lemony-fresh to green-fresh. I bought it as an uncomplicated everyday scent. It fulfills its purpose somehow now with me, because I use it meanwhile as a room spray and fragrance our wardrobe area with it.
The scent is so harmless that even my husband thinks it's deodorant. And that means something. The fabric is more of a cologne for refreshment than a perfume.
By the way, Green Tea can take the Pepsitest with Yves Rocher's 'Thé Vert'. Wouldn't surprise me if they were bottled in the same plant.

A (cheap) spa visit after a stressful day at work, light, simple fragrance, carefree
The fragrance is not really complex for me. It's simple, but fresh, light and carefree. Just what you need when you need to switch off.

It reminds me of a visit to a spa wellness salon, but not a high-class spa in the Maldives, more of an "everyday spa" that I treat myself to after a stressful day at work.

It starts off very simply citrusy; you could compare it to a high-quality organic citrus cleanser (but not in a bad way). The namesake "green tea" is initially only in the background. As it progresses, the green tea becomes more present, but for me the lemon is mostly dominant. Probably because the fragrance is a lemon fragrance in my eyes, it only lasts for a very short time.

It is also weak, I actually need 15-20 sprays. But at this price, that doesn't matter at all.

Although I know much more complex citrus fragrances, I like to use this fragrance to switch off in everyday life and after a shower. It makes me feel lighter, fresher and can "cleanse" my life of problems, so the lemon cleanser component in the fragrance doesn't bother me at all.

Reset
This is my reset button ... when I've become a little anosmic from the heavies that I like so much, a boiling hot shower and a few spritzes of EA Green Tea is a cleansing experience. This frag has a fabulous classic Cologne feel ... airy, fresh and calming. One of the best (and most pocket friendly!!) tea frags around. I was intrigued to see that it's by Francis Kurkdjian ... well, bonus! Fresh and radiant ... do carry it with you for frequent replenishing :o).

Wow! Makes you want to go on vacation!
The name Green Tea fits quite well. You get green tea vibes here with general but also super refreshing notes. This freshness persists throughout the entire fragrance. Is that bad? No!
This composition just smells wonderfully like summer. I am always a big fan of such DNAs.

Green tea, mint, orange peel, a little bergamot, lemon and rhubarb. Plus oakmoss and floral facets.
I think the notes are all perfectly coordinated.
It simply smells refreshing, clean, greenish and, in short, just like vacation or summer.

The performance is sometimes rated catastrophically.
So on my skin right now it's really perfectly fine for this kind of fragrance.
The bottling I received at the time works excellently.

Green Tea is listed as a women's fragrance. But in my eyes that's nonsense. This perfume can really be worn by anyone and suits both women and men wonderfully. Unisex !!!

Fresh, citrusy, eau de Sprite. About as strong and long-lasting as a mayfly, but sometimes that's exactly what you need on a hot day.
