Cinnabar Estēe Lauder 1978 Eau de Parfum

Cinnamon... one of my favorite spices! And not just for Christmas. Looking for a cuddly, soft and yet special scent with a touch of cinnamon, I came across Cinnabar. Even though the name is supposed to be derived from cinober, the association to "cinamom" came up in my brain immediately. That will be cinnamon. The descriptions also sounded a bit gourmand, but promising. So, off to the shopping cart and blindly bought out. Arrived at home, joy...unpacked...and....No! The flacon and the year of publication let me guess. A cinnamon star, one that has already lost its aroma a bit, lies lonely and unnoticed in grandma's bag. Right next to her tiny perfume bottles that her grandpa brought back from the war front. A high quality fragrance with a permanent silage, but unfortunately omatous down to the last chord. Unfortunately, I don't have a grandma over 75 in the family to give it to. I'll keep it anyway and one day I'll give it to someone who loves it as much as the obviously preserved fan base that tempted me to buy it.
