Sweet dreams of soft perfume

Slightly citrus influenced, soft creamy, slightly boozy, malty. Initially very rich and very soapy. Soft, soft, rosy flowers with vanillary, chocolatey creamy almost alcoholic nature. Maybe a distant sweet mace or nutmeg nuance. Everything in this perfume is soft and gentle. Like entering a creamy cloud and dreaming of perfume. Something is so familiar in here. A comforting clean smell but sweet. A bit like Johnsons baby powder on a newly washed babies bum, but the recently removed nappy is still over there, far away in the corner.

There is an old fashioned accord here but by that I mean well structured. The flowers have a sharper, firmer, structured edge that I cannot identify, possibly this means a sharper lavender with the rose but the sharp note is softened by proper grown up madagascan vanilla and mysore type sandalwood. It might be sweet but it isn't going into the realms of too cute.

Very pretty and soft, suitable for a young girls very first perfume. The sweetness is pleasant and not overpowering, like the sweetness in a milky drink with cocoa, nutmeg and rum but so, so gentle.
This perfume is hard to catch notes from because it moves from one to the next with alarming rapidity and ends up at creamy sandalwoody vanilla soap in less than fifteen minutes on the skin.
Unexpectedly pretty but short lived as anything identifiable, but the softer musky soapy bit lingers.

Now i've just revealed the name to myself and that is extremely funny. This is so very amusing.
(I'm blind testing a series of ELdO samples, so these reviews are from nose notes.)
