Something is bothering....
we are not warming up to each other. I actually wanted to get another fragrance from Farfalla and then got stuck with this one. I liked it. Something different for a change.
I like slightly powdery fragrances...if it goes in an interesting, cozy direction after wearing it for a while. But here it somehow remains powdery without a statement, without development.
When I smell the bottle, it actually has everything I like plus a nuance that I rarely wear. Something rather fresh, sea breezy.
I can't put my finger on it, but I miss the joy of this fragrance. It doesn't make my head hurt, but it doesn't really make me happy either. Yes, sometimes I use it, because in theory it smells good and every now and then we try it again together...and then I realize again: I can manage just fine without it. I won't miss it when it's finally empty.
It really doesn't smell bad. Maybe I'm just missing my vanilla? Or a few years of life experience? I somehow feel too young for this fragrance - and I'm over 40. And officially, I don't think there's a right age for fragrances, ultimately it's always a matter of taste. I'm confused myself, please...gladly :-)
