the flowers of romance

"For me, every woman is a queen!"
Was it Guido Maria Kretschmer or Harald Glööckler who said that?
I'm not sure, but I also don't feel like searching for the answer right now.
But it doesn't matter: one of those two often-seen "understanding men" on television said it, anyway.
This is contrasted by "Every woman should be a queen at least once in her life!" Usually, this caters to the cliché of the "white bride."

Women can be queens, every day and always, whenever they wish, and with "Regina," this goal has come much closer.
This fragrance was created by romantics; even if the "blue flower of romance" is surely not found within it.
Their search will likely be endless - and that's a good thing!

My perception also tells me that the more complex pyramid of notes that ALzD bases this fragrance on comes much closer to the result on my skin.
The one above seems a bit too streamlined to me; this queen is certainly not on a diet.
On the contrary: she is round, full, and generously embracing!

Right from the start, a variety of roses appears, seemingly unadorned and original: nothing has been trimmed from these magnificent plants for pure appearance - they are allowed to be themselves!
And for that, they thank with magnificent scent clouds that immediately envelop powerfully.
The lovely violet in velvety violet has also found its place; perhaps a bit of old-fashioned lilac too? Its heavy clusters are in full bloom.
"Floral notes" can be everything and nothing here; they are definitely old-fashioned and well-received.
Gracefully, they bow their heads in greeting before surrendering to the heart note.
For the now emerging honey nuance, the insects have found very diverse meadows; this honey is golden and richly floral in scent.
This golden tone also suits ylang-ylang. Its glow weaves a fine net over the previous scent journey. But already, the majestic iris leads its grand swan-fur powder puff over this opulent floral splendor. Enough has shone, enough has radiated!
No, rice powder - which always reminds me a bit of theatrical makeup! - is dusted additionally as an interesting addition over the entire scent weave.
This gives the previously radiant floral shine a powdery note that may not please every nose.
Chamomile is added as a spicy counterpoint to round off an extraordinary scent composition.
"Regina" is now smiling and waving kindly at each of us!
What an elegant lady is showing herself here, who, despite all her slightly old-fashioned charm, fits very well into everyday life and also keeps a little corner for dreaming!

Dreams: As a young woman, I always wished for a bolero jacket made of feathers - in white or soft pink!
I never got it. My mom said I wasn't a second-rate operetta soubrette.
(Sometimes she could be quite "grounding"!)
Not long after, I was too old for such a dream jacket.
But today, "Regina" gifts me an almost equivalent and well-fitting substitute for it.
How fluffy and snug this scent goddess is.
Her delicate featheriness does sometimes tempt a sneeze. Or is it the rice powder?

"Gelis" has sent me a romantic dream with this sample - thank you very much for that!
But now I really have no more time; I urgently need to go to the balcony.
Don't I already see down there in the parking lot the plump pumpkin that will soon turn into a fairy-tale carriage?
The good, somewhat plump fairy seems to be on her way!

I have to laugh along with Meggi; I immediately thought of Adele from Die Fledermaus, but the first-class one-give it a listen! The first one has a boa, and the other is great with her ruffles. Your mom either has no clue or just doesn't love opera.

On the contrary to the white elephant, your fragrance description sounds incredibly promising: not too modern, not too sweet, but rather flattering and caressing. Fairy trophy for the lovely description!

Before you wear glass slippers and a lovely evening gown, everything around you will transform. That was magical!... ;)
