When I look back now…
… the summer seemed to last forever.
It is supposed to be over 30 degrees today, and last night neither the ground nor the apartment really cooled down. The temperatures alone make the day exhausting - humidity hangs in the air, and a storm is on the way.
On days like this, a fragrance has to be refreshing and invigorating for me.
Without thinking long, I reach for the bottle and spray a few times directly on my skin. Lemons, neroli, and a hint of ginger surround me and fill the air with lightness and freshness.
Although it is an Eau de Parfum, the scent doesn't last particularly long - after three to four hours, it is only perceptible close to the skin. In summer, this doesn't matter much to me. My skin "devours" many perfumes quickly anyway, and with most scents, I have to reapply at least once. With this one, rather twice. Perhaps just to experience the fantastic opening once more.
Overall, the scent remains relatively linear. As the lemon slowly fades, jasmine and musk gently join the already present neroli. For me, a summer no-brainer.
