When I look back now..
... the summer seemed to last forever.
It's supposed to be over 30 degrees today, and neither the ground nor the apartment really cooled down last night. The temperatures alone make the day exhausting - the air is muggy and a storm is on the horizon.
On days like this, a fragrance has to be refreshing and invigorating for me.
Without thinking twice, I reach for the bottle and spray a few times directly onto my skin. Lemons, neroli and a hint of ginger surround me and fill the air with lightness and freshness.
Although it is an eau de parfum, the fragrance doesn't last very long - after three to four hours, it is only perceptible close to the skin. This doesn't play a major role for me in summer. My skin "devours" many perfumes quickly anyway, and with most fragrances I have to spray at least once. With this one, it's more like twice. Maybe just to experience the fantastic opening once again.
Overall, the fragrance remains relatively linear. As the lemon slowly fades, jasmine and musk gently join the already present neroli. A summer no-brainer for me.
