Perfume tests at nearly 40 degrees Celsius... quite crazy. :)
Recently, I ordered some samples from ALZD, including "Passion Boisee" by Frapin. And I have to say, the scent is fun. However, the longevity isn't that great, while I feel it lasts longer on the test strip. On the strip, I detect a distinct dried fruit aroma. Anyone who has ever been in one of those gift knick-knack shops and had their decorative bowl filled with such dried fruits knows the smell. And it lasts a long time on the strip.
The skin experience is also good, even more beautiful in terms of scent. While it doesn't have a strong sillage, it's subtle and lovely. The opening features tangerine. "Passion Boisee" comes across as beautifully fruity. After a short time, it gets even better. A wonderfully soft, restrained note develops. The fruity accord remains present. Something else joins in that makes the perfume even better. I would guess a rum-patchouli note, as a certain sweetness from the rum is still noticeable.
With this, Passion Boisee slowly fades after 1.5 hours of wear, and you really have to get quite close to the skin... It could have lasted longer, but it's not too bad; just a quick re-spray will do.
