Amusement park above the sea
Quai des Brumes - harbor in the fog. In my anticipation, a mysterious scent unfolded, maritime, with a woody, tart sweetness. With this romantic anticipation, I took the trial set out of my letterbox a few days later.
But this trip did not go as expected. Unpacked, bottled and sprayed, I found myself not in a French fishing village in Normandy, but on the other side of the English Channel.
