A White Wonder
It is soooo wonderful!
After "Bitter Sweet" only convinced me 90%, but I found the scent new and unusual, I also ordered the White Russian.
Based on the comments here, I expected a mediocre fragrance experience.
But the scent is so beautiful that it must never run out for me.
It is white-creamy and powdery, of the finest kind. I have already tested several well-rated cream fragrances and have always found them a bit difficult. Usually, they are too soapy, overpowering, and too intense for me.
But this scent is so soft and unobtrusive that it is only pleasant to be surrounded by a cloud of fragrance. Yet it is still intense. It is not a weak scent. I have been wearing it for eight hours now, and it still envelops me. With every movement, a hint wafts into my nose - wonderful!
I sprayed quite a bit because I thought the scent might fade quickly. But that is, firstly, not the case, and secondly, it still does not come off as annoying or headache-inducing. No, it wraps me in a white-creamy cloud. The sillage is so pleasant that a hint of fragrance wafts into my nose whenever I move. This is how it should be.
I don't smell the musk very strongly here. It is not aldehydic and not soapy, but white and delicate, integrated into the flowers and vanilla. The white flowers are also not of the soapy kind that I usually know, but simply as delicate flowers are.
The vanilla is also not overpowering or artificial, but very subtly sweet.
If there is cashmere wood in here, then it is not smoky and dark, but...
Right, it is white and delicate.
A soft woodiness gives the fragrance a clean character without sharp soap. Really very pleasant.
The bottle is also great. It fits perfectly in the hand, and the design is fun. The fur hat and the perforated white lacquer remind me of a winter in Russia. In this case, it will probably be Belarus.
I find the scent super wonderful, suitable for every day. It can definitely be worn in summer. But for me, it is meant for the evening when I want to relax and simply feel good in my skin.
I had slight associations with the "Flower by Kenzo" Limited Edition 2004. By the way, the bottle is also snow white. At first glance, it could also be a Kenzo fragrance.
George Gina & Lucy have really surprised me now.
Two years ago, I laughed at their attempt to launch their first perfume. I was not convinced by that.
How one can be mistaken.
This Collector's Edition is wonderfully successful, anyway. The third fragrance, Night Star, was also ordered today.
Addendum: Now it has been 12 hours on my skin, and I can still smell the creamy cloud.
