Rare and beautiful. A green floral scent.
Once again, I have a fragrant candidate before my nose that no one has commented on yet. On one hand, that's good, as I won't be influenced by any "previous writers." On the other hand, it's a shame because this scent certainly deserves attention.
Not an "everyday fragrance," but also not a "niche." I would personally describe it as a green floral scent, with the slightly herbal and leafy notes taking center stage. I also detect something "piney-coniferous." The floral notes remind me of a wonderful rustic, tranquil country garden and do not impose themselves. They are well perceivable yet subtly greet you from early summer.
The entire fragrance has a slightly bitter quality. And it becomes rounder and more complex with increasing "wear time." As fine patchouli, woods, and a very soft musk join in over time, forming a warm "foundation" with amber, "Gerani pour Homme" is complete and remains a well-loved guest on the skin, with a pleasant, well-perceptible sillage.
It still feels quite elegant and conveys a casual sophistication. For both women AND men.
