Inappropriate
Inappropriate and absolutely inaccurate is only the name here.
So far, my remaining knowledge from the advanced French course is still enough. Water essence?!
Who on earth came up with that name? The name has as much to do with the scent as Serge Lutens does with Ed Hardy.
Well, thank God that's also the only flaw. I can live with that.
So how does this fragrance, presented in a radiant amber-colored bottle, smell?
Quite simply: Radiantly beautiful, floral, delicate, and extraordinary, oh simply heavenly!
Maya the Bee would be delighted. Honey in abundance. I don't even know exactly where this honey dominance comes from. Maybe it's the jasmine.
The fruits can only be faintly detected, but what really makes an impact are the base notes.
The scent has fantastic longevity on my skin with a very pleasant sillage.
The vanilla, the woody notes, and the amber perfectly capture the honey note and ensure that the fragrance remains prominent for several hours after spraying. It even becomes a bit softer and more enveloping. For example, it lingers on my scarf and in my hair for what feels like an eternity.
Today we have 2 degrees with radiant sunshine. And this morning I wrapped myself in an office-appropriate cozy sweater and immediately reached for Essence d'Eau. I was in the mood for something unusual, and this little water also puts me in a really good mood.
Dear boss, unfortunately, I can't work today because I have to keep sniffing my wrists and indulging in my daydreams.
I'm really sorry!
I'm off now.
"Buzz buzz," said the honey bee!
