Richer than the EdT, closer to Tendre Poison, spicy, soapy, green, with heliotrope and hyacinth as well as white flowers, woody base: exquisite!

It's currently available at Notino for €8.92. You've piqued my curiosity.

Yes, exactly! Even the nicer EdT! But you have to like soapy scents.

It's actually cult status for just 10 euros. 😅

You have to use the sprayer very carefully; then it's as beautiful as you say. But it can quickly become overwhelming.

Yes, the soap is impressive, but really delicious. 😋

Could it be that this scent was released before Tendre Poison?

As far as I know, that's how it is. But if I remember correctly, TP was much more popular.

It becomes too much for me very quickly, but if I use it sparingly, it's fine. One bottle would last me until the end of my life...

That is indeed true! I'm always amazed at how such low prices are possible, like with Cabochard. I've gifted it to my mom so many times; she's been wearing it since the 60s... and strangely enough, it keeps getting cheaper, not more expensive.

I've been following what you wrote about it: I can understand, because I found it complicated at first, but looking back, it's better than the top 100 "niche fragrances" for just 10 euros. 😅

I also think the EdT is nice. However, Cabotine has faded from my focus over time. It's great to be reminded of it amidst the endless sea of new fragrances. I'll add it to my wishlist for now.

Well, at this price, you can take the risk. It's definitely a nice gift for someone.

Can a man wear this, or is that very daring?

I think a man can wear anything: I would wear this one because it even has a bit of bitterness, something strong.

Not everything was better in the past (in fact, usually nothing was), except for fragrances: In my opinion, they were almost always better back then. 😁
