If Gritti excels at anything, it’s creating high-quality fragrances for specific times! In this case, it’s the first summer days of the year. I sense a fresh scent among cheerful people.
Admittedly, "You’re so vain" is indeed a bit more special than your average summer perfumes, and it wasn’t love at first spray for me! However, it seized its second chance. On a warm summer day, I start the day fresh from the shower, and the blend of citrus and green notes even makes me a little happier. Is that vanity already? Well, it can make you happy too, I think to myself as I enjoy the sun’s rays.
Unfortunately, the longevity isn’t groundbreaking, and you do have to reapply occasionally to perceive the scent. The bottle, in my opinion, is very well designed and reflects its contents nicely.
Conclusion:
Not one of the best fragrances, but a solid, fresh, and high-quality summer scent. Great for particularly beautiful days when you want to treat yourself to something that not everyone is wearing.
